Equipment provided, 5-minute safety briefing, then minibus to the start.
Head down the river, swimming breaks, picnic... Direct return to the base.
Yes, it is mandatory. But don't worry: the life jacket keeps you afloat and our routes are calm, with no rapids.
From 5 years old accompanied by an adult. For the little ones, the 7 km route is ideal (a leisurely 1h30).
It's all part of the adventure! The water is shallow, keep your life jacket on and climb back in calmly. We explain everything during the briefing.
Swimsuit, closed-toe shoes (or water shoes), sunscreen, hat, attached sunglasses, water and a picnic for longer routes.
Our team is available Monday to Sunday, 9am-7pm during the season.
